THE CREATIVITY COACH

Frequently asked questions

How creative coaching works – the answers.

1. What exactly is creativity coaching?

Creativity coaching helps individuals and teams unlock their innate creative potential by removing mental blocks, introducing proven ideation frameworks, and building a culture where innovation thrives. It’s not just for ‘artistic’, people—it’s for any business that wants to solve problems faster, innovate consistently, and stay ahead

2. How is this different from regular business coaching?

Most business coaches focus on strategy or leadership. I specialize in the creative process itself: how to generate better ideas, collaborate effectively, and turn those ideas into action. Think of it as innovation gym training.

3. Who is this for?
  • Startups/SMEs needing to differentiate in crowded markets.
  • Leaders who want to build a culture where creativity is systematic, not sporadic.

  • Teams stuck in repetitive thinking, struggling to brainstorm, or facing innovation fatigue.

  • Creative industries (ad agencies, designers) looking to reignite inspiration.

4. Can’t we just use AI tools for ideation?

AI is a fantastic starting point (e.g., ChatGPT for prompts), but it lacks human intuition, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate team dynamics. I teach you how to augment AI tools while addressing the human side: motivation, collaboration, and implementation.

5. What’s your approach?

Coaching is a very personal and empathetic activity, and it’s essential to match it to needs, background and learning styles. I combine:

  • Mindset work (e.g., overcoming fear of judgment).

  • Structured processes (like Design Thinking or SCAMPER).

  • Culture hacks (e.g., how to run sessions that spark ideas).

  • Accountability to ensure ideas don’t die in a notebook.

6. How long does it take to see results?

I expect immediate improvements in brainstorming quality after just 1–2 workshops. Deeper cultural shifts (e.g., teams self-generating ideas) typically take 3–6 months of consistent practice.

7. Do you work remotely or in person?

Both! Most of my coaching is delivered  Online, but I offer in-person workshops for UK-based teams (travel fees may apply).

8. What’s your pricing?
  • 1:1 Coaching: £300/hour or packaged programs (e.g., £1,620 for 6 sessions).
  • Team Workshops: From £2,500 (half-day) to £7,000 (full-day intensive).
